- Tim works across San Antonio, nearby communities, the Texas Hill Country, and parts of South Texas. Call or text the property address and he will confirm whether it is in the service area.
- Is F-I-X Development Services licensed and insured?
- Yes. F-I-X Development Services is licensed, insured, and bonded. Documentation is available on request.
- How fast can you come out to quote a job?
- Tim answers calls and texts as quickly as he can. The time for a site visit depends on location, the type of work, and the current schedule.
- How do estimates work?
- Call Tim or text photos to start. He will ask a few questions and let you know whether he needs to see the property. The estimate is free, in writing, and based on the agreed scope.
- How much does a new roof cost in San Antonio?
- A useful price requires a look at the roof. Size, condition, access, materials, related damage, and the scope you choose all matter. Call or text Tim to arrange an estimate.
- How much does a concrete driveway cost in San Antonio?
- Concrete driveway pricing depends on the site, intended use, removal, access, drainage, finish, and surrounding work. Tim looks at the property before putting a number in writing.
- How much does a cedar privacy fence cost?
- Fence length is only one part of the estimate. Layout, grade, access, removal, gates, and material choices also matter. Text the address and photos to start.

- What warranty do you offer?

- Do you offer financing?
- Financing may be available on qualifying projects. Ask Tim about current options when you discuss the estimate.
- How long does a typical project take?
- Timing depends on scope, site conditions, materials, weather, and any outside approvals. Tim will give you a realistic schedule after he reviews the job.
- How can I compare contractor estimates?
- Compare the written scope, what is included, material choices, who is responsible for related work, and how unknown conditions will be handled. The lowest number may not describe the same job.
- Can I text you photos to get a quick estimate?
- Yes. Text photos to 210-600-5671. They help Tim understand the problem and decide whether a site visit is needed before preparing an estimate.
- Who actually shows up to do the work?
- Tim is your direct point of contact and will explain who is involved in your project before work starts.
- How much do gutters cost in San Antonio?
- Gutter pricing depends on the roofline, runoff, condition of the fascia and soffit, downspout layout, access, and drainage. Tim sizes and prices the work for the house.
- Do you repair stucco and stone, or only install new?
- Both. F-I-X handles repairs and new stucco, stone, brick, and retaining-wall work. The right scope depends on the condition and what is causing the problem.
- How much does a roof repair cost?
- The source of the leak, access, affected materials, and condition beneath the roof surface determine the scope. Tim needs to inspect it before giving you a reliable number.
- My fence is leaning. Can it be fixed instead of replaced?

- Do you fix cracked concrete or do I need a whole new driveway?

- What do you do after a hailstorm?

- Can my deck be repaired instead of rebuilt?
- It may be. Tim checks the boards, rails, stairs, framing, posts, and connection to the house before recommending repair, resurfacing, or replacement.
- How much is siding repair?
- The price depends on the damaged area, matching materials, trim, access, and what is behind the siding. Tim inspects the area before writing the estimate.
