What customers say

"I was scheduled to fly in to San Antonio to meet with a builder. The person canceled on me at the last minute and Tim agreed to meet with me last minute. Many builders take your work and do not show up. Tim's crew always showed up."
Lucenda B. · Home Remodeling
"I highly recommend working with Tim and his crew. They exceeded my expectations in work quality, professionalism, and value. They were also amazing with the cleanup and leaving my property cleaner than it was before. They poured a new concrete patio and step in my backyard as well as repaired some siding on my house. I am beyond happy with the results."

More detail, if you want it

Every property is different

I do not recommend a standard roof repair or replacement from a website description. The existing condition, access, surrounding work, and what you want from the finished project all matter. A few photos can start the conversation. I will let you know if I need to see it in person.

What I look at before making a recommendation

I look at the roof covering, penetrations, flashing, drainage, visible damage, and the condition beneath any problem area I can safely inspect. That tells us whether a repair makes sense or whether a broader conversation is needed.

Common materials and options

Roofing choices can include asphalt shingles, standing-seam or exposed-fastener metal roofing, tile, and other systems. Each has a different appearance, maintenance profile, and fit for the roof. We can talk through the choices without assuming one material is right for every house.

The estimate is built around your job

There can be more than one sensible way to handle this work. The right answer depends on the roof in front of us, not a rule based only on age or square footage. I will walk through the choices that fit your property, then put the agreed scope in writing.

Common questions

Do you provide roof replacement in San Antonio?
Yes. I look at the existing roof and the property before putting the replacement scope in writing. Call me or text photos to start the conversation.
What roofing materials can we discuss?
The conversation may include asphalt shingles, metal roofing, tile, and other roof systems. I do not assume one material is right for every house. We can compare the choices after I see the roof.
Can you tell from photos if I need a new roof?
Photos are a good starting point, especially when damage is visible. I may still need to see the roof in person before recommending replacement or preparing the written estimate.
Do you also handle roof repairs?
Yes. Focused roof repairs have their own page. If you are not sure whether you need repair or replacement, call or text me and I will help you choose the right starting point.
